Stanford Lions Club 2024 Peace Poster Event

encourages children, grades K through 8, to creatively express what peace means to them, so that we may all have greater tolerance and understanding.

The poster event theme is “Peace Without Limits”
Showcase your creativity/talent and share your vision of peace!

All entries will be on display at Stanford Community Day

Guidelines:

  • Poster theme: Peace Without Limits
  • White Poster Board*: no larger than 14” x 22”
  • Any art medium accepted
  • Artist name, grade level & phone number must be written on back of artwork
  • All artwork must be the student’s original creation
  • Submit poster: Turn poster into the Stanford Town Hall or Library
  • Submission Deadline: All posters must be submitted on or before September 12th
  • All posters will be on display Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Stanford Community Day
  • Show your originality and artistic interpretation of the Theme: Peace Without Limits
  • All participants will receive a complimentary ice cream cone coupon
*Poster boards are available from Stanford Lions Club.  The Lions Club will be at the Stanford Library on Saturday, August 3 from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm; Wednesday, August 7 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm and Thursday, August 15 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm with materials to make a poster – COME JOIN US!
