Come one, come all to the Stanford Library to learn some new card games for your family to play. Summer evenings are a great time to play cards. Visit us on August 11th to learn a few new games and get some refreshers on familiar classics. All ages welcome, but children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
Read a library book and enter our raffle (preschoolers can be read to).

Bring a ukulele and the desire to learn new tunes. If you have a music stand, please bring it along. We will continue where our beginner workshops left off: Learning basic chords, strum patterns, and more songs.

Remember, the Stanford Library now has 10 ukuleles available for patron use. All you need is a library card to try one out!
